Compound Steel Grating

Manufacturing process of composite steel grating: a new product of steel grating composed of steel grating with certain cross bearing capacity and patterned steel plate or steel mesh with surface sealing. Composite steel grating can be composed of any type of steel grating and different thicknesses of corrugated steel plates. But the commonly used method is to use G323/40/100 steel plate as the low plate; 3mm thick patterned steel plate, or 4mm, 5mm, or 6mm patterned steel plate can also be used.

Composite steel grating is commonly used (with a spacing of 60mm between flat steel bars) as the bottom plate, and can also be made of (with a spacing of 30mm between flat steel bars) or (with a spacing of 40mm between flat steel bars) steel grating; Pattern steel grating is commonly made of 3mm thick plate, but 4mm, 5mm, and 6mm plates can also be used.
