2： Manufacturing method of dock grating panel

A、 There are two types of dock grating panels: machine welding and manual production. Machine welding uses a 200 ton hydraulic resistance welding automated pressure welding machine. The mechanical arm automatically places the horizontal bar on the flat steel arranged uniformly, and uses strong welding power and hydraulic pressure to press weld the horizontal bar into the flat steel, thus obtaining high-quality steel grating products with strong welding points, high stability, and strength.

B、 The handmade steel grating is now punched on the flat steel, and then the cross bar is put into the air for electric welding. There will be holes between the cross bar and the flat steel, but each contact point can be welded to achieve the same melting link between the flat steel and Fried Dough Twists steel. Therefore, the welding will be firmer and the strength will be improved, but the appearance is not as beautiful as pressure welding.
